The IRS has released revised per diem rates for high-cost localities and some other localities.The high per diem allowance rate increases from $237 to $256, and the low rate increases from $152 to $158.
There have been several changes to the list of high-cost localities for purposes of the high-low substantiation method. Revenue Procedure 2008-59.
