Lukewarn Leadership Creates Lukewarm Followers
If your ministry is full of lukewarm people, it could be a reflection of lukewarm leadership.
I’m convinced that one of the most important things you can do for your ministry is to have a personal spiritual revival!
Many assume that having a job at a church is great for your spiritual life. Although that should be true, it often isn’t. In fact, many passionate believers loose their spiritual fire while serving God in vocational ministry.
Is it time to recognizing your own spiritual inconsistencies and invite God to relight the flames of spiritual passion?
